Recruitment & Training:
The selection and training of our guards is carefully done to ensure that those finally recruited have experience in the security area and are well disciplined.
We insist on:
•The production of a Certificate of Good Conduct from CI.D. Headquarters
• Literacy (Read and write) in English and Kiswahili
• Over 2 years’ experience in the Security industry
• References from credible institutions as eligibility criteria

To enhance and sharpen their performance, the recruits are placed under a Training Officer who is usually an ex-army officer of the rank of a Captain or from the Police or G.S.U.

The training process continues after recruitment to ensure the guards are ever alert and prompt.

Supervisors attached to the guards make round the clock for spot checks as well as monitoring through radio-call, phones and personal visits to ensure discipline is maintained throughout their assignments.

We are also recognized by the Directorate of Industrial Training under the Ministry of Labour and Manpower as a Training Organization to create and enhance greater self-esteem and awareness for one's responsibility.

We have also patrol vehicles to enhance supervision and mobilization, with our supervisors carrying operational control check charts for the guards during the many surprise checks.

Our guards can only sign-in for duty if they appear neat, alert and well groomed. We issue them with two pairs of uniform, military boots, raincoats and pullovers, peak caps with the corporate badge, whistle, lanyard, plastic baton and torch.
Within the security industry we adhere to terms and condition of service as provided for by Labour laws including:-
• Weekly off days (rest)
• Housing allowance
• Remittance of NSSF and NHIF contributions
• Provision of medical cover
• Payments of due overtime
